Working in petroleum facility, full knowledge of refinery issues and safety requirements. In addition, working on a preventative, and schedule maintenance of pumps, stills, equipment, pipeline inspection replace and repair pipelines, equipment, and boilers, clean tank, etc.., trouble shoot find root cause of maintenance problems, etc. .. . . Knowledge of lab testing equipment and applications, data entry interface and work with DOT officials  and customers, and, preparing quality data in access and excel programs, TQM, SPC , various charts prepared, green belt, ISO9000 and 9001.. Perform various physical/chemical tests, draw samples and perform test like hot point, DSR, elastic recovery, penetration, softening point, viscosity, and other instrumentation equipment and calibration, etc…, and; check boiler ph, and repair boiler and pipeline maintenance, check welds for cracks  also check stress points on equipment like bucket lifts and adhering to all ASTM requirements, and DOT requirements, etc., did calibration, inventory of lab equipment and polymer, blending, etc…. Working long hours rotating shifts outdoors, climbing high attitudes, loading rail carts with emulsion, chemicals, sampling, gauging, housekeeping, and maintenance, loading and unloading product and supplies, conducting inventory, cycle count, etc. .

Responsible for leading and supervising several crews to provide chemical treatments of oil wells, also responsible for all projects, safety, do pre trip inspection, check welds on crane and review all safety issues, dealing with customers, work with DOT officials, review quality of material, scheduling the order of daily treatments, submitting treating reports to sales and maintaining chemical inventory reports.  Providing customer service utilizing related equipment and a good working knowledge of oil and gas well chemical processes. I also worked in bulk plant blending, inventory control, warehouse, ordering raw product and material, as well quality lab in where I did the following:

·  Develop lab equipment maintenance and operation skills
·  Learn and follow local and corporate laboratory best practices and safety standards
·  Perform tests to verify fluid design
·  Confirm cement slurry design and stimulation fluid design with field blends to verify pilot test results
·  Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
·  Perform product quality assurance/quality control for critical jobs
·  Follow test procedures on unknown scales and produced solids and fluids from oil and gas wells, to determine their chemical composition and remedial treatments.
